We're Hiring a Project Administrator!

Location: Pretoria, South Africa

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to project team as directed by management.
  • Schedule routine meetings and record decisions.
  • Break complex projects into simpler tasks and set goals and timeframes.
  • Create and update workflows.
  • Coordinate project activities.
  • Measure and report on project performance.
  • Act as the contact point for all project participants.
  • Monitor progress of projects and address potential issues.
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet client demands.
  • Retrieve necessary information when required.
  • Prepare and provide documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Manage project information.
  • Administer bids.
  • Order resources (software and equipment).

Requirements:

  • Excellent grasp of Microsoft products.
  •  Job related qualification will be advantageous. 
  •  2 years experience in the built environment.
